plyometric jump training is very important for a lot of sports with a ball, but it is important to dance and cheer. If you try to be the best dance in any sport you have to train more competitive and the same applies to cheer and leading. Many people practice it every day, but how many actually follow the training to increase their vertical jump jump and a good dancer? Not many.
